GOOD TO KNOW

Common questions.

Buy a pass, set up your account, and your QR code is ready in your wallet. Show it at the door of any partner venue and walk in — no booking, no payment at the door.

Most venues give you a full 2 hours — a few are shorter, and the exact time is on each venue's page in the app. Glitch and Glitch X have no time limit at all.

Yes! Return to your favourite venue as many times as your pass allows — each visit counts as one (unless you’re on the Everyday Pass).

Yes! GoPlay is available on Fazaa. If you’re a Fazaa member, open the Fazaa app and search for GoPlay to unlock your exclusive member pricing.
