GoPlay has three passes, priced per child: 5 Visits for AED 449, 10 Visits for AED 849, and Every Day for AED 1299. Every pass is valid for 30 days and covers all 18 play areas in the network.

It is a one-time payment, not a subscription — nothing renews automatically and there is nothing to cancel. You can add up to 5 children to one purchase.

At AED 449 for 5 visits that works out at about AED 90 a visit, against typical Dubai door prices of AED 100–150 — and you can use it at a different play area every time.

Getting started takes just a few minutes:

1. Purchase your pass at goplay.ae.
2. You’ll receive a confirmation email — follow the link to set up your account.
3. Your QR code will be ready in your account — add it to your Apple or Google Wallet for instant access, two clicks from the side of your phone.
4. Show your QR code at the door of any partner venue and walk in — no booking, no payment at the door.

Yes — the GoPlay app is available on iPhone and Android. You can browse all 18 play areas, see them on a map, and access your QR code directly from the app. You can also add your QR code to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet for two-click access right from your phone.

Your GoPlay pass gives you access to 18 partner play areas across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ajman — including Playtopia, Lemonade, RoboLand, Glitch, Fiafia, Koala Kids, Cuckoo’s, and more.

GoPlay partners with a variety of playgrounds and family entertainment venues, both indoor and outdoor. Depending on the venue, age ranges may vary from 0 up to 15 years old.

However, most participating venues are primarily designed for children aged 0 to 12 years old.

We recommend checking each venue’s age range directly in the GoPlay map before visiting, as entry is always subject to the individual venue’s policies and safety regulations.

Yes! Adults are welcome to accompany children, relax, and enjoy the space. Some areas may have separate zones for parents and children.

Some of our partner venues also offer drop-off — so parents can take a break while the kids play. Drop-off is complimentary at select venues, and available for a small surcharge at others. Check the individual venue details in the app or on our website to see what’s offered where.

No — booking isn’t required. We do recommend checking the play area you want to visit beforehand to see if it’s busy or at full capacity. This way, you can avoid a wasted trip and come back another time when it’s quieter.

There are no day or time restrictions with GoPlay — you can visit any day of the week, any time the venue is open. No weekday-only rules, no “Wednesdays only” limitations.

The one thing worth checking before you head out: occasionally a venue may be fully booked for a private event. It’s always a good idea to give your chosen venue a quick check beforehand to make sure they’re open for regular visitors that day.

Most venues give you a full 2 hours — no rushing out after 90 minutes. A few are shorter, and the exact time is shown on each venue's page in the app. If you want more time, you can purchase additional hours directly with the play area.

Some venues go even further: Glitch and Glitch X have no time limit at all, so you can stay as long as you like.

Yes! Most venues allow you to add extra time if space is available. Just ask the staff when you arrive.

Yes! Each visit counts as one visit from your pass (unless you have our Everyday Pass) — but you’re free to return to your favourite venue as many times as your pass allows. So if your kids love Playtopia, nothing stops you from going back.

Your GoPlay pass covers general entry to the play area — so everything included in the venue’s standard admission is yours to enjoy. Any paid add-ons a venue offers separately (like food, specific workshops, or premium extras like face-painting) may not be included, but entry itself is fully covered by your pass.

Most venues allow snacks or drinks in designated areas. Outside food may not be permitted — check the venue rules before visiting.

Birthday packages are managed directly by each venue. Once you’re a GoPlay member, you can get in touch with any partner venue to enquire about their birthday party offerings.

We encourage families to contact the venue directly for any accommodations. Your child’s safety is always our top priority.

Our most accessible option is the 5 Visits Pass at AED 449/month — that works out to about AED 90 per visit, which is often cheaper than a single walk-in entry at most venues. If you’d like to try before committing to a full month, reach out and we’ll see what we can do.

GoPlay is designed as a membership that gives families easy access to a network of play areas, rather than individual visits. There is no pay-per-visit option at this time.

All passes (5 Visits, 10 Visits, and Everyday) are valid for 1 calendar month from the date of purchase.

You can add up to 5 children at once — no need to add them individually. You can also start with just one child and add more later if you want to try out GoPlay first.

The pass price is per child, and each child needs their own pass. Starting from AED 449, it’s easy to mix and match tiers — for example, a 5 Visits Pass for a younger child who goes out less, and a 10 Visits Pass for an older one with a busier schedule.

No — GoPlay memberships are non-transferable. Each membership is linked to you and your children, and children’s profiles are only for your own kids. This helps ensure safety, accurate check-ins, and smooth visits at every venue.

GoPlay payments are processed securely online through Stripe, a trusted global payment platform. Your payment details are encrypted and never stored by us.
