GoPlay Now offers the following membership options:

• GoPlay 5-Visit Pass — A prepaid pass granting 5 visits to any Partner Venue across the UAE, valid for 30 days from the date of activation. Visits can be used flexibly across any Partner Venues within the validity period.
• GoPlay 10-Visit Pass — A prepaid pass granting 10 visits to any Partner Venue across the UAE, valid for 30 days from the date of activation. Visits can be used flexibly across any Partner Venues within the validity period.
• GoPlay Everyday — 1 Month — Unlimited daily access to all Partner Venues across the UAE for 30 days from the date of activation.

All plans are prepaid in full at the time of purchase. GoPlay Now does not offer recurring or subscription-based payments.

• One venue per day. Each child may visit one Partner Venue per calendar day. The next GoPlay visit may only be made on the following calendar day.
• Visit duration. Most Partner Venues allow up to 2 continuous hours of play per visit. Some venues have a shorter allowance, and a small number have no time limit at all. The duration that applies is shown on each venue's page in the app and is set by the venue.
• No splitting or stacking. The time allowance applies to a single continuous session at one Partner Venue. It cannot be split across venues or used in separate sessions on the same day.
• Short visits still count. Any visit — regardless of how short — counts as a full visit for that day and, where applicable, is deducted as 1 visit from a 5-Visit Pass or 10-Visit Pass.
• Extra time. Additional hours beyond the included allowance may be purchased directly from the Partner Venue at its own rates.
• General access only. Membership grants general access to play areas at Partner Venues, meaning entry to the standard facilities available under that venue's general admission (e.g. play structures, interactive exhibits, and open play zones as designated by each venue).
• Excluded experiences. Certain experiences, activities, or add-ons — including but not limited to face painting, character meet-and-greets, workshops, rides, or specialty zones — may not be covered by the membership and may be subject to additional fees set independently by each Partner Venue. GoPlay Now is not responsible for any such charges.

• All GoPlay plans are prepaid in full at the time of purchase. There are no recurring charges or automatic renewals.
• Membership payments are non-refundable once activated.
• GoPlay Now uses secure third-party processors for payments.

• Each membership, 5-Visit Pass, and 10-Visit Pass is assigned to a specific child and may not be used interchangeably for any other child.
• Visit Pass visits are non-transferable and expire at the end of the 30-day validity period regardless of whether all visits have been used.
• Unused visits on an expired pass will not be refunded or carried over.

• GoPlay Now is a membership facilitator only.
• Partner Venues are solely responsible for their facilities and safety.
• Parents/guardians remain responsible for supervision unless drop-off is expressly offered by the Partner.
• By accessing any Partner Venue through a GoPlay membership, the Member acknowledges and accepts that venue’s individual terms of entry, rules, waiver policies, and safety requirements. Entry to any Partner Venue constitutes the Member’s acceptance of that venue’s waiver and liability terms.
• Each Partner Venue independently determines its own policies regarding supervision, drop-off services, age requirements, and entry conditions. Members are responsible for reviewing and complying with each venue’s specific policies prior to entry.

A parent or legal guardian must accompany and remain on-site with their child at all times during every visit, unless the specific Partner Venue expressly offers a supervised drop-off service. The accompanying adult bears full responsibility for the child’s safety, behaviour, and compliance with venue rules throughout the visit.

Most Partner Venues allow up to 2 continuous hours of play per visit; some have a shorter allowance, and a small number have no time limit. The duration that applies is shown on each venue's page in the app and is set by the venue. Once a visit has commenced — regardless of its duration — it is recorded as a complete visit for that calendar day. The time allowance applies to a single continuous session at one Partner Venue and cannot be divided across venues or separate sessions within the same day. No further GoPlay visits may be made for that child until the following calendar day.

Families must comply with all rules, regulations, and policies of the Partner Venue they are visiting.

GoPlay Now reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships without refund if families fail to comply, engage in unsafe conduct, or disrupt Venue operations.

GoPlay Now may suspend or terminate a membership for misuse or breach of these Terms.

Memberships are personal to the registered member and the children on the pass. Misuse or fraudulent use — including sharing a pass, allowing entry for a child not registered on the membership, or misrepresenting a child’s identity — may result in immediate cancellation of the membership without refund and, where applicable, referral to the relevant authorities. Each child’s photo is held solely to verify identity at check-in and prevent such misuse.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

By purchasing a GoPlay plan, the customer acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to the above Terms & Conditions.
